hi joey! welcome again! how interesting about your family. And you visited Malaga? that's great, so you know where I've growned. on the beach all day!!jijij

Paz, you must try the ossobuco, have tried it before? it's a different kind of meat, it has a little more fat, so it has more flavour. Besos a los dos!!

joey

Oh wow! That looks good! Glad I reminded you of an old favorite :) I have never tried it with couscous...must try that next time. I remember vacas locas...hehe :) Don't you think it sounds much better than mad cow disease? Vacas Locas actually sounds like the name of a band to me, hahaha!

My aunt also makes this with a gremolata...really good and brings out the taste of the dish perfectly...

To answer your questions in the previous post: I am from the Philippines originally (with some Spanish ancestry) but some of my family migrated to Spain years ago. Some in Barcelona, some in Madrid, and some in Malaga. Visited them in Malaga a while back...such a lovely city by the sea :)

I will answer the 23/5 meme as soon as I can! :)

Yum! Joey and your osso buco looks so good. I've been meaning to make some. Soon, I hope. I like how you made it with coucous.

Very interesting: Because of the mad cow disease, you didn't eat meat or have ossobuco in a long time. I'm glad you're able to eat it now. ;-)
