Hi Joey, thanks for stopping by!! that round shape is made with one of those molds, very simple. but you know, it's a lot of work!! it's much better if you can find them already done...jijij(I know that's cheatting)

Those sorrentinos look really good! I have never heard of them before...thanks for including the recipe :) How do they get their nice round shape?

BTW, I found your blog through Paz's...it looks really nice! My spanish is really bad but I can read your spanish posts to practice...great incentive when there are foodie stories to discover :)
