I think it was last week when I entered for the first time in Michele's blog. Paz, with her good advice, recomended it to me because she found a similarity between Michele and me. I had just arrived from Paris and Michele had just moved to "The City Of Lights". Well Paz, was right, I loved it. Her blog is lovelly written, and her experience reminds me of the things I felt when I first arrived to Madrid. Alvaro travelling a lot, and me,feeling lonely, without my family and friends, without a job trying to discover a city by myself. 5 years have passed since then, and now I can't even think of those days without shivering a little... But Paris is Paris, and Michele will get along fine...
Michele cooks great things, and what it's best, she is discovering great places to buy food, little markets, and chocolate houses. But one of the things I felt in love with, for it's simplicity and tasting, was the Pear and Brie Croque Monsieur. I had to try it.
I just recomend to get into her site and take the easy recipe from there. Belive me, it's great like a Tapa...
Churros. Yum! I'd like some again. ;-)
