So for dinner I made these "Almejas a La Marinera" and "Langostinos a la Plancha", for drink the classic spanish summer special, (no, not Sangria) Tinto de Verano!
Almejas a La Marinera
The clams are very, very easy you only need: 4people
1kg of clams (1,5kg if like them a lot like me)
Parsley (hand full)
1 clove of garlic
400ml of white wine
in a sauce pan, fry the copped garlic and parsley don't let it burn. Add the clams and the wine. Put the lid on and after 10min all the clams will be opened and the will be ready to eat!
For the shrimps there no secret, just use your grill and sprinkle some cooking salt on top. They will be ready in 5min, they cook really fast.
and what about the Tinto de Verano?
Ice
Red Wine
Casera (or Sprite)

What a perfect meal! You have got me hungry with your two posts :) I really enjoy tinto de verano...my cousin who lives in Malaga introduced it to me one night long ago and I have enjoyed it ever since!
